Issuing refunds error - Need Technical contact
Hi All my account is currently suspended and i have submitted appeals and am waiting for a response. For the last week i cannot issue refunds. I get an error message saying ‘We cannot issue refunds at this time please try again in a few moments.’
I have opened case after case and they close them with 'answered - we get no call back or email response.
Because my account is suspended when i go to the ‘help’ section it states that they can only discuss my suspension.
Has anyone else had this, i have customers waiting and some have opened A-Z as a result. But can’t get through to anyone! Is there a technical department email address or any other way to speak to someone.
