I have upgrade my payment method but still facing same issue. I have uploaded my all documents.According to me i have done whatever it need to be done. If you can send me link again with instruction that will be helpful.

You will need to explain a bit better - not really sure exactly what you mean. Do you mean your payment method is not being accepted ?
