How to stop monthly fees or stop accounts temporary or pay as go fees
Hi I open business accounts but I have not decided products and I am paying monthly. I want to temporary stop accounts and I want pay as go accounts. But I try to contact Amazon I could find numbers and when I I email not even reply so please help me stop accounts please.

Hi this can be done in your account in the settings section, account info and your service I believe it is.

Go to - Settings (top right of homepage) - Account Info - Your Services - Manage - and downgrade to Individual Selling Plan from professional.
You will not be charged more fees.
You will then need to open a case with Seller Support - Help (also top right) to request a refund of fees.
You cannot temporarily stop your account - you will need to wait until your account has been fully verified.
I suggest you decide quickly what you wish to sell as some categories are restricted and require approval from Amazon.
