DISTRIBUTER DAMAGE

I have 21 units mark as distributer damage. They told me if I use PC they will

reinburst me, but I can not use PC because they unreliable and takes 2 month to delivered.

If they want to blame seller for damage they have to provide evedience, explanation and images

of the damage. and they should do that before they dispouse those units.

Then with this evedence seller can get reinburstment from shipping company.

In case if they can not provide evedience they should reinburst the seller

I see that you received updates in those support cases concerning that inventory since the time you posted this forums thread.

Inventory denoted as “distributor damaged” or “damaged by inbound carrier” means that the shipment was received by Amazon already damaged. For those items it looks like a removal order was processed.

Please let me know if you still have questions about those items or any next steps available to you.
