Listing Category not found in "Select a product category"
Hi All,
Thanks for your help. I’ve recently been trying to list a new product which is a memory device on Amazon but am finding that I can’t find the product in the “Select a product category” section on the amazon seller central website. When searching the normal Amazon, I see a section called “Memory” under “Components & Replacement Parts” but this does not show up when trying to create my new listing.

What type of memory device - that doesn’t sound like it’d be the right category?

As I say, I was really just dabbling in the market and that was a couple or more years ago. I only sold a few dozen units.
Electronics/computers like several other categories is now quite heavily policed on Amazon and unless you can prove you have an ‘authorised’ supply chain it can be almost impossible to get off the ground and/or avoid having your items removed if there is ever a dispute.
I was sourcing my stuff from discounted retail sources but that is no longer acceptable to Amazon, even though they were household name stores.
There are ‘proper’ computer resellers on here who can give more informed advice, I’m sure.
