How does one get an issue resolved by Amazon?

I have a case that has been pending Amazon action since February. Another one from August. All I get is the occasional email thanking me for my patience. I have also made follow-up cases which are just transferred (and therefore closed) with no response. Does Seller Support no longer do any work?

Re-open the case and ask for it to be escalated to a manager, due to the length of time you have been waiting with no resolution.

Hello @Seller_9ImBEGqOxcZqR,

You can try emailing the Managing Director's office using your original case ID's as a reference. The email address is managingdirector @ amazon .co .uk (remove the spaces).

I have had some success in the past in getting important issues seen too but it's not guaranteed.

Best of luck!

Currently on our 38th reply in one case trying to get a product re-instated that has been incorrectly removed by Amazon - 38TH!!!

Seller support is truly awful on here. I have no words to describe how bad it is.

Say Bezojuice three times and a spirit will appear to help you. Or it will just wreak havoc on your life and take all your money.

Once you have a problem with A...N , you're screwed. If I have any issue with my listings, I just delete them and relist as this is the only way forwards. Luckily I am FBM and not FBA

Have you tried reading the Bible?

You dont, in most cases, it is very apparent Amazon does not want to spend the time or resources supporting third-party sellers.

As soon as you get the answer please add it to the forum as that is something we really would like to know? I think it is a well kept secret.

Transferred cases get kicked into the long grass, it seems it is just a way to get rid of cases from your case log screen when it won't go away.

I have transferred cases without resolution for over a year that still remain unresolved.

I have just appointed a new company that actually specialises in chasing up Amazon, let you know how this goes in a few months time.

It's a shame that there are companies out there that have a business built on dealing with issues from Amazon.

If Amazon had it right, they would not have these businesses. this company has already got me back hundreds of pounds in unprocessed refunds and they audit your account and then get back the money for you.

It is a disgrace.
