How to remove a Product Review

Hi Everyone,

I have just received a request from a French buyer about amending/removing a Product Review, which they left a few days ago that is now showing on the listing. they seem to say they cant find the right button to press.

Does anyone have the correct pathway for the customer to navigate to the Product Review.

I imagine he need to log into the account that left the review, then go to the review section of the item. He’ll be able to edit or remove the review from there.

To remove a Product Review, the buyer will need to go to their “Profile” in “Your Account”, locate the particular review and then click on “Delete”:
