I can't withdraw money from my account

Also there could be an issue with account level reserves. Have you had a chance to open a seller support page?

First, this is a FORUM and not Amazon so only other sellers are normally here to see questions and cries for help. The occasional MOD does stop by to monitor things and maybe one will see this.
It’s still the BEST place to post asking for help BUT just ask for the help from other sellers and NOT from any of the Amazon departments that probably don’t even know the Forum exists. (Only a SMALL amount of sarcasm there)!
Are you FBA or FBM?
Are you setting pricing to actually be profitable? Amazon FBA is a known money pit that takes 40% to 50% of sales proceeds. FBM is probably more like 20 to 25% depending on your shipping and supplies costs.
Do you have a LOT of inventory getting storage fees?
Are you doing an advertising spend?
All those add up. In addition a new seller can have a reserve amount needed to cover returns and counterfeit claims.

When the balance is "$0" there is nothing to withdraw.
I guess the question is why is it$0?
1. Did you make any actual sales? Because you seem to have no inventory listed.
2. Why no feedback since 2017? Did you buy this account??
3. Do you have $$ in reserves? If so did you complete verification?
