Read onlyHey fellow sellers,
Similar to lots of other sellers, our account recently got deactivated because we failed the VAT verification and is deemed non-UK establishment. Both our directors live in the UK and our annual turnover on Amazon UK is way much below the threshold. Just like many others, our company is registered at a virtual address because we don't want to reveal our own address. Amazon refuses to reactivate our account because we aren't VAT registered. All our products are shipped out from our British warehouse.
The worst thing is, our US seller account also got deactivated because they share the same brand trademark. Now we are stuck in this loophole. Amazon UK doesn't allow us to reinstate the UK account and Amazon US asks us to reinstate the UK account first before I file an appeal. We lost the right to contact Amazon support via phone on both two accounts, what's the way out of this?
Just in case this is helpful, our current Amazon case ID is 10081281892.
We don't think we are the only brand that is suffering from this dilemma. Can someone please help?
