Not receiving order notifications Seller App

I have almost all notifications on in the seller app but I receive no notifications when a new order comes in. Any advise?

I have had the same for about a month now. I have to keep going into the app many times a day and when I do it "dings" that there is an order.

since when seller app started sending notifications for the new order.? or is it only for FBM..?
