Amazon Seller Performance Team

I have contacted Amasaon Seller Performance Team because I was suspended for infringement so I did the POA and was successful in it. However, I have recieved two emails where they have said I will be reactivate but this has not happened and also they will not reply to my emails or directly from the Performance Notifications also. I have included their emails sent to me and the one I sent to them also. Thank you.

Dear Amazon Seller Performance Team,

I just contacted Amazon Seller Performance Team regarding my infringements and I submitted my POA at
which they responded that my account has been reinstated and my listings have been to. However, my
account does not reflect this and is still deactivated. Again, I tried contacting Amazon for help but they
just sent me an email saying that I had to send a POA about an infringement that I already addressed and
that you guys said would be ok so I dont know why I’m just going around in circles. There are no cases of
infringement on my Account Health anymore and it will stay that way as I have explained in my multiple
POA’s so please could you reinstate my account. Also, I have attached both the times when Amazon have
contacted me to say that my account will be reinstated when intact it has not been done. The first time
was on the 29th March and the second time was on the 7th April. Pleasee reactivate my account as I have
done what you have asked and I have submitted all POA’s. Thank you
