Read onlyHi - we have used Veeqo for a number of years but we have recently experienced major problems with stock not syncing with Amazon. We have had to switch off our FBM due to several instances of overselling caused entirely by Veeqo and Amazon not syncing with each other. It's either switch FBM off or risk the account! Losing so many sales over this. Preferred paying for Veeqo and getting a decent service rather than Veeqo now being free and the service being so bad. Anyone else having problems? - we are desperate to sort this but just keep getting messages saying that engineers are looking at it. I can see Veeqo rating dropping on Trust Pilot and I wonder whether its time to go! A shame as it has always been great until last three months!
I haven't had this happen yet. The only time we ever get something like this is if something sells on two marketplaces quite close together so Veeqo hadn't updated the stock in the other fast enough.
Well, the other thing is if an FBA listing is somehow being told by Veeqo that there is merchant fulfilled stock on that SKU, in which case orders can come through on the FBA SKU as MFN orders when Prime is out of stock.
