I made a shipment via the Amazon partnered carrier program. £40k worth of inventory was collected by UPS and confirmed to have been delivered on July 29th to LAB9 (redirected from LAB4).
But my stock is still showing as in transit and has not yet entered receiving, I'm aware the target for LTL is 10 days from delivered to receiving and it is now well over this point. I am now about to run out of stock & struggling financially and desperate, with no sign of my stock being checked in anytime soon. This will tank our business if it continues.
We sent a smaller shipment a week after which has already been checked in & received, ahead of this shipment.
I've opened many tickets and get the same copy and paste response stating i'm not eligible for reconciliation but i've heard it can be up to 3-4 months before a shipment is eligible for reconciliation.
Can anybody help to advise next steps to get this stock manually investigated by warehouse manager?

Hello, I have the exact same issue, stock delivered to LAB9, redirected from LAB4. Delivered on 31 July and still showing in transit. Did you case get resolved?
