Need help with getting in touch with management
For some reason Amazon have been with holding my disbursements since 18th August. SS are next to useless as usual saying that my case has been transferred. My metrics are perfect all either 0% or n/a. I have only once had an a-z. My bank account is fully verified and have had no communication from Amazon saying what is wrong. I have been selling on Amazon for at least 15 years if not longer.
I need to escalate this now but without going through all the posts need the email address for who ever is in charge
