How Do I Add My Accountant to My Seller Account?

Hi there,

I’ve been trying to get my accountant access to my seller account for months. They need to see my numbers for things like VAT calculation and I can’t be downloading files every week for them.

Here are the two routes I have tried:

(1) Adding an “Authorised Partner” via global permissions

• This is probably most appropriate
• The link does not work when my account opens it
• it’s simply states they don’t have access
• I believe this is because my accountant is not signed up as an “Authorised Partner”.
• That said, when I open the link it says the same thing, so I’m not entirely sure it isn’t just broken…

(2) Adding a new user (with selling rights)

• This is probably not best for my uses as it gives them the right to sell with my seller account
• It also requires a unique Amazon account. For one to be created especially they need a unique mobile number. They are already using their Amazon account for another client.
• When we managed to use another account/number it then started asking me for their passport details and other intrusive information.

Neither seems to work. Am I missing something? The Help pages make this sound so easy but in reality it’s proving impossible.

If you’ve added your accountant could you tell me how you did it, please??

I just need them to be able to view my sales and payments in real time.
