Urgent Assistance Needed – SDS Upload Issue (Case ID: 11065261942)
We are encountering repeated issues when uploading our SDS document to the Product Compliance section. The upload is consistently rejected with the following error message:
"Document submitted doesn't match the self-selected document type (for example, user manual, specification sheet) chosen at the time of upload. Reupload the document under the correct document type."
However, the Compliance Media Content Type field is greyed out, and we are unable to select or change the document type ourselves.
We urgently need support to have this document manually reviewed and for the compliance requirement to be cleared from our account. Please escalate this to the appropriate team so we can finally resolve this issue.

I see that you created two threads for the same question. Please review your Thread Document: Safety information - Rejected for any updates. You already received a response there.
I can see that you mention different case IDs, but the issue is the same, so you add this other case ID to the other Thread, but first please follow the guidance provided in the last update on case 11115598732.
