How do I contact a customer about a refund?

I received a notification of a refund to a customer. I would like to follow this up with them to understand why the product was returned and if I can help in any way re customer satisfaction/follow-up. I have the customer order number and name, but just not sure how to contact them. Any help appreciated!

You can only contact them through the Amazon messaging system.

If it was FBA, which it probably was, then I would say your probably better off not trying to contact the customer. Most don’t appreciate it.
Any your going to see a lot of them.
