Help me understand my Business Reports - Units ordered vs Total Order Items

Can anyone help me understand the difference between Units ordered and Total Order Items on my Business Report (By ASIN - Detail Page Sales and Traffic) ? These sound like they should be the same thing but I have small differences on many items. What is the difference between them?

It’s if people order more than one unit in a single order. For example, if you get one order for two units in a day it’ll show up as 1 Total Order Items and 2 Units Ordered.
