Despite ensuring that both documents meet the required criteria, I keep receiving automated rejection emails asking for full name and address to be clearly visible. Even after uploading new, correctly formatted statements, I’m getting messages saying the documents have already been submitted. I'm feeling a bit stuck as there’s no direct support or resolution from the verification team, and the responses I'm getting are all automated. Has anyone faced something similar or found a solution?
