How to connect an amazon individual selling plan account to payooner account

Recently I have uploaded the necessary document to amazon to add new deposit method. now my payoneer account is verified by the amazon and amazon side is ok. on the other side we we need to connect payoneer account to our amazon store. the story begins here, we can not connect our individual selling plan accounts to payoneer. based on the my search we need to have amazon professional selling plan account. I have two questions at this point.

1. do we have to connect our amazon store to our payoneer account ? what happens if we do not connect both accounts?
2. Do payoneer accept payments from amazon without connecting to amazon store ?

This issue will impact many amazon sellers having individual selling plan. I am using hyperwallet account now and it is not clear if they ( hyperwallet ) will enroll amazon s new payments programme.
