Feedback Removal - Policy Change?
Have the guidelines for feedback removal changed (without telling us)?
I've had two negative Seller Feedbacks left for me in the last week that won't be a removed, either through the Feedback tool, or through SS. This is despite them both being eligible for removal under Amazon's guidlines.
One was 100% a product review and the other was a late delivery for a SFP order purchased through Buy Shipping. I've never had this issue before, and then 2 in a week makes me think that Amazon have changed the rules.
Is everyone else seeing this too?

We've had more difficulty with ones that are Product Reviews.
I imagine its more of a 'its all going via the bots now' or the seller support on the other end are just outright rejecting everything because its easier.

I have had a product review removed recently so they are still removing them.
There are some instances of product reviews that Amazon don't seem to remove at the moment. From what I have seen if the word fake is in the feedback it won't be removed. There maybe other instances as well that are not removed.
Often though it is difficult to get a human to look at feedback. The first attempt to remove is bot driven, if that fails it can sometimes be bot driven again or a human. If the second attempt is bot driven then you can't reopen the case again for further review so it may never get to a human.
If you tag a Mod into the conversation then they may be able to look into it and get it removed.

Its becoming harder and harder to get it removed, we even had a customer post a change of address and phone number on the feedback yet amazon wouldnt remove it lol

just keep opening the case if you can. I opened one last week at least 15 times and finally had it removed. Perseverance prevails.

Feedback states:
Awful! Delivery expected by 10pm. Came and went. NOTHING. Then sudddnly an update to say it’s not even been dispatched yet. I was relying on this for a work deadline and now I have to source something else in a panic as this was falsely saying it was out for delivery when it was not. Utterly awful seller. Do not recommend!
All evidence linked to that order shows it was despatched, on time, was delivered BEFORE the estimated delivery date and was delivered late morning. Its clear from the evidence that this isn't related to our order. The only orders I know of that suggest 10pm as a delivery are Amazons own FBA orders. This one went Royal Mail.
Case ID 10389756522 was opened, but clearly not reviewed by anyway. I appreciate it would require detective work as I've said before - but we've been hit by several unfair negative feedbacks in quick succession, and would like this one reviewing.

There has been a noticeable change. I don't receive product reviews as feedback often (though when I do, they're overwhelmingly positive)
When I had negative ones, they were easy to contest and have removed. I had one very recently and was surprised to find that I can't get it removed despite it very clearly being a product review.
I'd like to be able to get product reviews left as feedback changed to actual product reviews. Even the negative ones!

ive had an issue also we sent product to vine for free for reviews its was a BEARD SOAP but it was reviewed by a woman and she gave it a bad review asked amazon and they said it does not meet the guideslines for it to be removed surely this is just not possible that a woamn can give feedback on a soap for mens beards just crazy.
