Lost Buy Box (Featured Offer) MEGATHREAD
I'm getting nowhere with Seller Support (Live Chat & Phone), made a ticket asking for escalation, E-Mailed CEO's office and got a pretty rude reply, I'm at a total loss as to what to do. I have lost the buy box for ALL of my key products and best sellers, I am the brand owner, I am the only offer.
I am stunned at how little support there is from Amazon, I knew it was bad but I had no idea it was THIS BAD. Absolutely no transparency what-so-ever, nothing on performance notifications, account health is perfect, no violations, I am enrolled on the new Account Health Assurance scheme (which gave me peace of mind for all of 3 days).
With the CEO's office giving me the cold shoulder, seller support sending me links to 'Seller University', spending in excess of 10 hours trying almost everything on my account blindly, I'm at a complete loss sitting here with next to no sales. So my last resort is this... a mega thread... I'm hoping with enough people complaining about the issue, Amazon MAY acknowledge this problem as a bug/glitch before I have to file for bankruptcy (no exaggeration) and when they do, I also expect no apology or compensation.

Hello, we don't have a BUY BOX in the entire store. It's not a specific ASIN. We have tried to reduce the sales price to 0.01 pounds, but there is no shopping cart. The product is shipped by FBA. There was a shopping cart before January 21st, but it suddenly lost its shopping cart after January 21st.I opened many cases but the response from Amazon staff was very official, just saying that we didn't meet the requirements so there was no shopping cart. The store is not a new store. Product rating 4.5. The product is shipped via FBA. There was a BUY BOX before January 17th, but it was suddenly lost after January 17th. I have opened many cases, and the response from Amazon staff is very official, saying that a competitor (a seller outside of Amazon) offered the same product at a competitive price (product price+shipping fee) compared to the Amazon seller's product price, which led to the disqualification this time. However, we have never found anyone outside of Amazon who sells the same product as us at a lower price than us (there are only independent sites outside of Amazon that sell this product, but the price is also higher than the Amazon site)
After trying various methods, I couldn't get the BUY BOX button back, and there was no BUY BOX when creating a new LISTING. This has had a significant impact on our sales, and as time goes on, the impact continues to worsen. I am very sorry that this has caused us irreparable losses. I kindly request your help in applying for the restoration of our buy box. We have always followed Amazon's policies and hope to have a long-term cooperation with Amazon. I hope you can help us handle the restoration of our buy box
