Can't ship out order continuously. Anyone experience this warning after first order shipped out?

Hello,

I have a problem since two days ago. I am not able to ship out order one after another. I will have to wait about 10-15 minutes before ship out my next order. And Amazon will show me the warnings:

"Based on your inputs or preferences, there are no shipping services currently eligible for your order. Check that your weight, dimensions, ship date, and carrier preferences are accurate.

To see why shipping services were ineligible, please click on the link below."

And I talked to Amazon many times, they still think it is my set up problem with the shipping setting. But I told them, I can ship out order but I need to wait for 15 minutes to ship out the next one. problem.

Please let me know how to solve this problem if anyone has this experience.

Thank you.

Mary

I have no answer and can offer no help, but I have to say that it's rather refreshing to see a new and previously-unheard-of problem here. I'm sorry you're dealing with it, but at least it's not a "deactivation" issue!

I will be following along with you for others' insights.

Hello @Seller_gbLIF1pS9BQdJ

Christine here from Amazon Forums.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this frustrating issue with shipping your Amazon orders.

I can offer some insights and suggestions based on similar issues sellers have faced

  • It sounds like you might be encountering a rate limit on shipping label creation. This could be an unintended consequence of Amazon's systems trying to prevent abuse or errors.
  • There might be a caching problem or session conflict that's causing the system to think you're trying to create multiple labels for the same order.
  • This could be a temporary glitch in Amazon's shipping API or backend systems.

Here are some steps you can try:

  • Try using a different browser or clearing your current browser's cache and cookies.
  • Attempt to create shipping labels from a different computer or device to see if the issue persists.
  • Double-check that all your product weights and dimensions are accurate in your listings.
  • Review your carrier preferences in your shipping settings to ensure they're set correctly.
  • See if the issue occurs with all types of orders or just specific ones (e.g., Prime vs. non-Prime).
  • Keep track of all this information so when you contact our seller support team you can provide them with all information you already collect, in order to see if an internal escalation can be done.

Let me know if you have any other question.

Christine.

I had this happen a while back. I had to use Firefox for a while and then my Google Chrome started working again. Also try dumping your cache in your history.
