Being maliciously complained of appearance patent infringement

Hello everyone, I recently encountered a problem. I sold product to obtain the authorization letter for the appearance patent, but it was removed by a third-party complaint.
Now question 1: I found the right owner, and the other party replied that his patent number was maliciously used by other sellers and complained about others everywhere.
Question 2: I submitted an appeal to Amazon with a power of attorney and invoice, but it was rejected.
Do you know how to solve it?
