Anyone Use ParcelForce?
Does anyone use parcelforce? I’m getting a bit tired of DPD constantly failing next day deliveries and failing to collect so just wondering if parcelforce are a viable option?
If not does anyone have any recommendations for 10-20 parcels a week?
The main bulk goes by royal mail however we have around 10-20 that would need a guaranteed next day delivery?
also are parcelforce okay for VTR as DPD local seems to bring up invalid tracking issues
any help would be appreciated

I use Parcelforce for my parcels heavier than 2kg and find that they are usually very reliable.
My only frustration is the slightly variable collection time from my local post office - it is supposed to be 3.30pm but whenever I have a parcel that absolutely must go on a next day service the driver has always collected early and I end up making a 30 mile round trip to our nearest depot to drop off - the advantage of the depot is that they will accept parcels up to 18.40’
I don’t send enough heavier parcels to warrant a regular collection.

Tbh we use fed ex and Royal Mail both are same. I will post next day but only seeing 90% arrive next day. But all of them generally the day after.
I think all couriers are struggling to hit targets. We changed our main website from a Next day Service to a expedited 1-2 business day. customers have accepted that and very little complaints from it.
