My account has been deactivated due to having two account BUT I ONLY HAVE ONE ACCOUNT

My seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of amazons business solutions. Amazon are claiming i have a seperate account which was enforced for violating one of their policies. The issue is, i do not own another account. I only have one. I don't even know what other account they are refering to. If i try appeal it, they say i have to provide proof i do not own that other account. What proof can i show. I tried to email for help but it says that it is the wrong channel. Has anyone gone through this and how can i get amazon to reinstate my account.
