I’m looking for assistance or review from a moderator regarding a Multiple Accounts Policy violation.
Due to an error when initially registering, I mistakenly opened an account in the EU region using a personal email. I later opened a new account correctly in the U.S. under my LLC and started operating with that one. At some point, the original account was updated to the U.S. region as well, which resulted in both accounts being active — unintentionally violating the policy.
I submitted appeals explaining the mistake and confirmed that I only operate one account (the LLC one). I’ve asked for temporary reactivation of the original account so I can close it properly, but my appeals have been rejected so far. I’ve completed training and implemented compliance processes to avoid future mistakes.
