Been a while since I used Amazon.

So we have been selling a Pregnancy Test by Clear Response for about 3 years.

At Random Amazon “Auto Review” said it is randomly checking if genuine.

I’ve only sold 4 Units in the past 2 years with 0 complaints Voice of Customer shows an excellent score.

I have sent the invoice directly from the Manufacturer who is the Brand Owner that shows I purchased 48 units 5 months ago.

The invoice is in my name and matches my Amazon Seller Account Details.

I have permission from them and a very good relationship with them to sell so was thinking of getting a Letter of Authority for them.

I also attached 2 proof of payments, might be able to dig out proof of delivery but it was a pallet.

I also sent them the order confirmation and a screenshot and link to the website where it was purchased from.

But seems to be this new email “auto-review@amazon.com” that has automatically deactivated our selling account is not checking the invoice!

How do I appeal as the instructions it gives aka sending a valid invoice does not work.

i do print on demand so cant really accept returns , i tried to just accept and issue refund but the box is greyed out ....

I need your help and advice on a serious issue we have been facing.

A customer purchased a specific pair of shoes from us. We fulfilled the order correctly, and our internal records, pick list, and dispatch footage confirm this.

However, the buyer raised a return claim saying "wrong item sent" and returned a completely different pair of shoes, not even a model we sell. The returned pair was used and dirty. Despite submitting full evidence (photos, product catalogue, stock sheet, and return inspection report), Amazon refunded the buyer from our account.

We have submitted 16 appeals through the normal channels and keep receiving the same copy-paste response:

“Although we understand your position, we stand by our decision.”

We have asked for an escalation or human review, but there is no way forward via the standard appeal workflow. This is a clear case of return fraud, and it seems there is no protection for sellers in this situation.

Has anyone managed to:

Escalate these cases beyond the automated system?

Get a proper review done by Executive Seller Relations?

Recover funds in similar fraud situations?

Any insights or proven escalation routes would be hugely appreciated. I am also interested in collaborating with other sellers who face similar situations to raise this as a systemic issue with Seller Performance or through FBA Feedback Loops.

Is anyone else dumfounded as to why sellers/competitors are selling items but simply can't be making a profit? Whats the point? Is it their intention just to try and destroy other sellers? The only one it seems to benefit is amazon and their advertising and general fees. Or is simply just bad business sense?

I’m reaching out for urgent help and a fair review.

We just had an A-to-Z Guarantee claim granted against us and it’s now impacting our Order Defect Rate (ODR) despite the fact that we did everything right as a seller.

Here’s what happened:

The buyer claimed the delivery driver stole the package (a serious accusation)

We asked for proof (such as a police report or any supporting evidence) but received no response from the buyer.

We tried multiple times to contact the customer to resolve this matter amicably, but they ignored us and instead went straight to Amazon.

Meanwhile, we opened a case with Amazon Support for guidance (Case ID: 11127978112) to ensure we were handling it correctly.

Despite our efforts and the customer’s refusal to engage, the claim was granted, and now our account health is at risk.

This feels deeply unfair. According to Amazon’s A-to-Z Guarantee Policy, sellers are supposed to be given a chance to resolve issues with the buyer but we were completely denied that chance.

We followed Amazon’s rules. We acted in good faith. And now we’re being penalised for doing exactly what we were supposed to do.

We’re asking Amazon to review this case thoroughly, including the full message history and our support case, and remove the ODR impact from this unfair claim.

If any Amazon staff see this, please help escalate the matter. And if any sellers have faced similar situations and found a way to appeal successfully, your advice would be greatly appreciated.
