I have reported several listings that violate Amazon policy using the 'report abuse' section, but each time I get an instant, automated email saying no action can be taken due to no violation detected. The violations are there. Can someone from Amazon help me? Maybe @Seller_gAhPNiLrkfTcr ?

Complaint text: Seller's brand (That Chunky Yellow Mouse) using another brand (Pokemon) as a keyword. Seller has copied legitimate listings (Pokemon branded) and uses their own trademark brand on their listings to prevent other sellers listing against the product (there are no other sellers on their listings.) Example of the proper brand listed on the original listing of the first ASIN: B0D2WX4CYJ

I count 72 violating ASINs on this keyword/brand alone.

I also reported the first ASIN B0DLV8W6KQ as being a duplicate of the original ASIN B0D2WX4CYJ, but I got an automated reply for that, too:

I know that the seller reports other sellers trying to list against the product because I inadvertently selected their duplicate listing when using the 'add product' tool, and within 12 hours I had a policy warninng. Here is the text:

The seller literally admits to relabelling the trademarked product. I have reported it to the actual rights holder also.

I have reported it to Action Fraud as well.

The seller's feedback on Amazon has multiple fake/counterfeit item claims from customers, and they all get struck out by Amazon because the seller uses FBA only.

Amazon in their infinite wisdom never notify us if someone leaves a product review but don't say anything, it is important to be aware of feedback from customers even if they don't say or leave a picture. Well theyve taken it one step further and now on the product listings the customer (and us) cannot see the numbe of ratings, I used to be able to check and see oh this product recieved another 5 5* reviews from last week so I can at least know.

Now we cannot see anything for all I know my product may recieve 8 more ratings which I could see the amount go from say 200 ratings to 208, but I will have no idea if these were positive or negative, what possible reason does amazon hide behind to not let us know! It is important as sellers to be aware of feedback as well as customers!

When will amazon review and change this stupid policy, or is there a way for us sellers to at least see!

Hello,

A customer placed an order with us to be shipped via "Next day" delivery option and paid an extra fee. The order shipped via Amazon Shipping , but delivered unfortunately after 4 days.

The customer contacted us the day they had to receive the order and complained about not receiving the order and we have issued a refund for the shipping fees.

After they received the order (as the tracking information indicates), they opened an A-Z claim. Amazon have granted the claim , however without a defect affecting the account. Although we appreciate there is no defect, we did not agree with the refund issued.

We have appealed the decision, but was denied.

Our argument was, why did they accept the claim and refunded the customer without asking them to return the order first?

We understand the order was not delivered in time, but why is Amazon allowing customers to keep the products , if delivered after the ETA has ended?

hi all, what do we do about customers that take the Mickey?

Customer stated parcel was not delivered. About £50 worth

Customer opened an a-z and was refunded.

Upon checking the tracking the parcel has been delivered.

I appeal the a-z and send proof of tracking and amazon denied the case.

What on earth is wrong with them? How hard is it to check the tracking which was provided on the order and on the appeal.

Shipping Settings Automation (SSA) - I've never used it. I don't trust Amazon or the "up-to-date delivery times from your couriers of choice".

For those that do use it, how do you find it? Is it indeed accurate? Does it cause problems? Or does it help?

My handling times and delivery times are quite long to give me wiggle room (it's a small business, just me here) and account for the fact I use (usually) the slowest delivery methods (2nd class Royal Mail, or 2nd class Signed For) which of late have been a bit atrocious with some untracked letter mail taking 9-14 days to arrive. Can't afford at this time to change services, though I do increasingly use 48 Tracked. I don't have access to the cheaper postbox size 48T.

It also enables me to 'under promise, over deliver', with customers delighted that items arrive well packaged and (usually) well within the delivery estimate.

I'm just curious if moving to SSA will help increase orders BUT be a safe choice. I don't want to end up with lots of customers complaining about late deliveries.
