Dear Amazon Seller Support Team and Fellow Sellers,

I’m reaching out regarding an issue I’ve encountered with the re-measurement of one of my product’s color variations.

This is the second time I’ve submitted a re-measurement request. The first submission (Case ID: 16742632341), for a different color variation of the same product, was successfully corrected. However, when I submitted the request for the second color variation, the result came back with completely different—and significantly larger—dimensions than expected.

To ensure accuracy, I asked my supplier to take exact measurements. She did, and we submitted those measurements to Amazon. Unfortunately, Amazon stated the measurements were incorrect.

To further validate the issue, I purchased the product directly from Amazon (Order #114-6871683-7431443) and used a digital caliper and a scale to take precise measurements myself. I photographed the process and the tools used, and escalated the case to a supervisor. I also provided the images and the correct measurements for the specific product, which was fulfilled by Amazon. All of this was submitted under Case ID: 17789510011.

Despite the evidence, I received a response that simply repeated the previously provided (and incorrect) dimensions. It appears the measurements I submitted were disregarded, even though they were based on a unit shipped directly from Amazon. I also made it clear that this issue affects only one specific color variation of the product.

At this point, I’m unsure how to proceed. Could anyone advise on how to further escalate or resolve this discrepancy?

How should an account be set up in the early stage,And how to deliver the order?

In the past 24 hours we have had three customers complain that they have not received their packages. The shipping option was the Fed Ex Ground Economy. The packages are tracking with the USPS tracking ID and all packages regardless of destination were routed to the USPS Colorado processing facility and held for unpaid postage.

We now know that this has been a known issue with Amazon customers and Amazon. However, it is still offered by Amazon as a shipping option to select.

We purchase our shipping through Amazon and these do have the on time delivery and claim guarantees, but we are still concerned about our account health. We had three in the past 24 hours, I suspect we will have more coming in.

Has anyone experienced this recently, and how have you responded?

We opened a help ticket. How has Amazon responded to A to Z claims from the customers with this?

I have not been able to add a new deposit method eventhough i am the owner and have full permission.

Upon clicking the Add new deposit method and selecting the platform Amazon.com, it will lead to this error with no further ability to resolve it.

Have been interacting with Live Chat support for a week and they keep repeating the same steps of asking similar screenshots of the error, time stamps, etc. Done all that everyday. YET, it is unresolved and they will email me request to send more info which I replied via email to that email address and it will just give me a response that I have not submitted the info.

And by few days later, it will AUTO-close the case stating that I have not complied. I am not sure what support is this...by giving a non-responding email address and expecting to get info across.

Chat support has been asking the same info again and again and again. To no resolution. I have repeated these steps everyday. No Joke!

Amazon, please solve this issue.
