My account has been deactivated due to INFORM Consumers Act. I tried to reactivate, but the first attempt failed. What can I do now to reactivate the account? Mods please help, I really want to get back to selling on Amazon again.

No really - they don't do anything. Why is Amazon paying these people to just say "no" to everything?

I'd give an example here, with plenty of detail about what needs to be fixed on this ASIN I'm dealing with - But what is the point? The mods here are seemingly just as incapable of fixing things these days. I've written super detailed posts with logic and reason - and I'm usually just ignored altogether.

Why is this place such a joke?

High bidding, low exposure

For the new product link, the bid has been twice the recommended bid, but the exposure is still very small. Could any expert give me some advice? I have never encountered this situation before.

Hi all!

We bought a brand a few years back (2020) which had previously sold products on Amazon. The account was deactivated in 2017. However, now that I have tried to relist some of the products via our new Seller account, it is saying the products are owned by the other account.

I tried many years to login to see if I can delete the listings to delist as new products but was only able to a few months ago and it has been circles ever since.

I cannot reactivate the account to view anything despite my best efforts. It is saying something about being associated with another seller account. At the time when this old seller account was deactivated (2017), our new account wasn’t made yet until 2021 so it can’t have been ours it’s associated with. I said I don’t recognize the other account. I do not have the original deactivate email and there are no performance notifications in the account to tell me anything useful. My appeal was rejected.

There are SKUs in that old account that we own and we can’t successfully list and edit the listings on our own account because it needs authorization from the old seller account to change information on the SKUs. It also has an incorrect brand page up which was set up by one of their employees who even spelled the brand name wrong. I tried to access the inventory list and brand registry but nothing shows there. Both are empty.

How can I get this old account reinstated so that I can delete everything from within the account?

I copy sponsored product campaigns to create for multiple products with same settings but every time I copy a campaign it gets copied as an archive so there's no way to enable them.

I have a listing that has been made inactive by Amazon as they are claiming I do not have the correct information on the detail page. This is untrue as I have made sure the correct info has been submitted. I can also see multiple sellers who do not have this information visible but are currently active and selling. I have been going round in circles with seller support for weeks.

The information that is required:

• Valid NPN issued by Health Canada

• Intended use

• Active ingredients

• Warnings

• Directions

• Bilingual French and English labelling

I have attached the images that I have submitted, which have all the information requested visible.

Please tell me if I'm missing something or advise of a solution.

However, after 3 business days, it is still inactive and not been reinstated yet. Could you check with amazon catalog team or compliance team?

The review team has approved to reinstate but it still fails

I got a 1 star review a few months ago. I have ever asked for help, but did not get a helpful answer.

Could you help me address it please?

The story is that a buyer sent a message to me requesting refund without return the product, or he/she will leave a 1 star review both on my listing and seller profile. I tried to understand the problem and offer help, but the buyer didnt show the detail, and persist in requesting a refound without return. I refused this requirement, and suggested he follow Amazon rule return the product then he/she will get the refound. At last the buyer left the 1 star review.

The vedio of review is not showing the problem, but vicious. The words of the review most about the product, and the part of service is untrue.

Link normal sales, all at once more than 100 sets of inventory were booked.

Contacting Amazon customer service was informed that Amazon was checking our product and we would have to wait up to 60 days. For no reason, our store has not received any complaints or warnings about this product.

The link is now out of stock. Withholding our products without providing any explanation resulted in sales going to zero and Amazon taking no responsibility at all.

Are there sellers experiencing the same problem? Let's discuss how to solve this problem together. Thank you!

Hello fellow sellers,

I recently updated my listing—switching from a generic title to my brand name. Shortly after, Amazon flagged the listing with a Seller Code of Conduct violation, putting my account at risk of deactivation.

I’ve:

Submitted multiple appeals, providing all requested documentation.

Shown that the brand is in Brand Registry, but note: the trademark is still pending, not yet fully registered.

Support was clear: because the trademark isn’t fully registered yet, they cannot remove the violation.

Since we know Amazon allows Brand Registry based on pending trademark applications

I'm frustrated and confused.

My questions:

How did you successfully delete or resolve that violation?

Should I roll back the listing to generic or wait until the trademark is fully registered?

Any ideas on how to escalate this with Seller or Brand Registry Support?
