My listing has been inactivated for no apparent reason. I had the listing approved and it was active. I created a PO and had product shipped to Amazon and as the product was in transit the listing was inactivated. I now have stranded inventory and am not able to reapply to sell. As far as I can tell my account is in good health and active. There are no complaints against the product as this is the first shipment so it hasn't even been sold yet. I am the brand owner and my brand was approved before shipment. I have created several cases to investigate this and no one has been able to give me an answer on how to get my product relisted and available for sale other than to wait. Has anyone else gone through this?

Customer initiates a return, UPS return tracking does NOT show delivered, A2Z granted at my expense - within policy?

First - chill out with the obvious bad attitude responses. We have enough opinions on this.

Title says it all... question I have is... is this within policy? I appealed the A2Z directly and with Amazon support twice - all three times denied with the response "Although we understand your position, we stand by our decision."

Customer failed to return the item. Why do I have to pay for it?

Can we get a mod to help with this one?

We had an order that was shipped via FedEx Ground Economy which means the USPS will make the final delivery. The customer reached out to us because they have not received their order. Tracking via FedEx shows on the 2nd of May, "On the way In transit to local Post Office - Allow two to three additional days for delivery CHICAGO IL DISTRIBUTION CENTER" and the USPS tracking shows "Alert Unpaid postage, item will not be delivered". We paid for 2lbs with box dimensions of 10x 8x 5 and that was the box that it was sent in. When packed up the order is clearly under 2lbs. We dropped off at the local Walgreens which shows their first scan in the FedEx tracking on the 25th of April with last scan on the 2nd of May "6:01 PM On the way In transit to local Post Office - Allow two to three additional days for delivery". Bizarrely USPS' tracking says they accepted the package on the 29th of April in the next town over here in Washington which is not possible since FedEx had the package until the 2nd of May.

Postage was bought via Amazon. Normally if an order is heavy then the account will get charge for the difference. I've looked up online stating that last year USPS is now doing that they will seek immediate payment and if it's not received then they will dispose of package if they aren't paid instead of returning, etc.

This seems ripe for abuse by carriers to claim that a package is heavy than it is to just keep the package. If FedEx and USPS can't work out their issues then why is Amazon allowing FedEx Ground Economy as a shipping option? I have not had any other orders via FedEx Ground Economy have this same issue. This is first issue we have had with FedEx Ground Economy but I am hesitant to ship further with this option. I have not had the same issue with UPS Ground Saver or even USPS Ground Advantage. Now I have the issue on how to resolve this customer delivery. We have reach out to FedEx and sent to the FedEx Ground Economy email address. We also contact the local post master who had never seen the scan before in their system of "Unpaid postage, item will not be delivered". She agreed that if an item is heavy that the account would be just charge for the shortage. We have also opened up a case with Amazon and will have to see what their response is. The postage was purchased with Amazon and is Claims guaranteed but this does little to make sure the customer is satisfied.

A long shot, but I'm hoping someone can help!

We use Remote Fulfilment from the US to list on the Mexican marketplace and haven't had any real issues up until about 3 weeks ago when our products started not displaying featured offers, instead having text saying "There are no featured offers available".

Interestingly, when a customer clicks 'See purchase options' there's a warning in red text that says 'This item is currently unshippable. We hope to resume shipping soon". However, you can still add the product to your cart and make a purchase. But as you can imagine this experience is very offputting for shoppers.

This change seems to have come about in mid-May as we noticed a drop in sales up to about 90%.

Does anyone have any ideas on what caused this or how to fix it? And if it's just a problem affecting our listings or other sellers are having the same issue?
