I’ve been selling on Amazon since 2013 — more than 13 years of serving customers with care, integrity, and pride.

I’ve never had a serious policy violation. I’ve never scammed, manipulated, or cheated. I’ve built my small business here with love. I’ve responded to every customer. I’ve fulfilled every order. I’ve earned 1,867 feedbacks, with 89% positive.

Now, I’ve been shut out of the business I built for what Amazon calls a “Code of Conduct” violation — something I never intended and acted immediately to correct.

What happened?

I listed USPS stamps I purchased from Costco. I packaged them in a jewelry box with my brand name. At the time, I genuinely believed this was allowed — it was done to make a giftable bundle, not to deceive anyone. I had no idea that this would fall under “brand abuse.”

When Amazon updated its bundling and branding policies in October 2024, I immediately deleted every listing before the change even took effect.

My last order was fulfilled on October 3, 2024. I removed everything. I didn’t argue. I didn’t fight. I just did what I thought was right.

But after all this — even after deleting everything, changing direction, submitting a new trademark, showing all receipts and history — I keep getting the same cold copy-paste response:

"We don’t have enough information.”

I gave everything.

I wrote a detailed Plan of Action.

I submitted Costco receipts, photos of packaging, my 13-year account history, proof of deleted listings, proof of new product line that is 100% compliant.

And still — nothing. No human words. No recognition that this isn’t just a store. It’s my life.

Please Help Me to Get a Chance

I’m not a bad actor. I’m not trying to game the system. I’ve done everything Amazon asked. I’ve been here since 2013. I’ve put my heart into this store. And now I’m being treated like I don’t deserve to be here anymore.

We’re a registered brand owner specializing in dietary supplements. We recently started setting up our listings on Amazon, but as soon as we created our first product, the status turned inactive with this reason: Product requires approval to sell.”

The issue is we couldn’t find any option to actually request approval anywhere on the backend.

We opened a case and provided all the necessary info, including the proof of brand ownership, but the response we received was that Amazon has imposed sales restrictions on this category and asked us to submit an application in Seller Central, but we cannot find the entry point.

Amazon deactivated my account but I don't know, I didn't do anything. They asked for utility bill. I uploaded the bill but they did not reactivated my account and they send the below email that your seller account has been engaged in deceptive, fraudulent our customers.

I don't know how to this happen and how to resolve this issue.

My account was suspended on 5 June. Reason: In accordance with Section 3 of the ‘Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement’ and the ‘Inappropriate Inventory Investigation Policy,’ your Amazon seller account has been deactivated.

I submitted the appeal documents mentioned in the performance notice on June 5th and June 11th, including: product invoices, logistics carrier invoices, brand authorisation letters, business licenses, ID cards, etc. However, all of them were rejected. The response stated: I was asked to submit a brand authorisation letter.

However, my account was only registered a few months ago and has no violation records or products. I believe this is an error in the Amazon system. I will consult my lawyer and file a lawsuit.

My questions are:

1: How can I reactivate my account?

2: What did I do wrong? I did not retail any products; all items came from manufacturers or wholesale distributors.
