My deferred transactions have gone from about 15% of my balance, to 60%

Has anyone else seen this? Maybe it's a new policy?

We've been selling on Amazon UK without issue for 2+ years. In January we received a message about a routine KYC check. After lots of back and forth with documents we suddenly got the dreaded message that our account had been suspended. 24hrs later it was de-activated. After escalating the matter and appealing the account was re-activated but our inventory is still stranded and our listings are not appearing in search. Under our Business Information section in settings there is a red exclamation mark and the message "Verification Failed We have failed to verify the information that you have provided. If you have further questions, please contact Seller Support/Selling Partner Support." We have tried contacting seller support as well as emailing the KYC team several times but each time we get an automated email back saying we can't open a seller account. Our business is owned by myself, my wife and an UK investor who holds 1/3rd of the shares via an overseas SPV. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

I’ve now had two full shipments (all units, all products) wrongly marked as “Defective” on arrival.

Products were professionally prepped, in perfect condition.

Amazon provides no photos, no buyer complaints, no defect details – no proof at all.

Prime status appeared briefly before the defect flag.

Red Flags:

100% defect rate is nearly impossible unless it’s a system/warehouse error.

No transparency, no investigation from Amazon.

Happened even after verifying everything before shipping.

My Questions:

Has this happened to others recently?

Has anyone succeeded in forcing Amazon to provide real evidence?

How can I escalate this properly when support and performance teams ignore me?

I’ve already contacted Jeff’s team, seller support, and the performance team – no real help.

Any advice or shared experience would be hugely appreciated. Thanks!

A customer claimed they didn't receive their order (£599.99) despite tracking showing the item delivered at their address. Customer opened an A-Z claim which was denied, they have now gone on to open a chargeback against us.

I'm trying to understand what the point is in A-Z if the customer can lose and then attempt a chargeback AS WELL?

It is not only frustrating as hell that a customer is trying to scam us but we now have to spend valuable time defending ourselves against multiple claims.

The other irritating thing about the chargeback is that we cannot attach any photographic evidence. Is there anywhere images can be uploaded?

Im having an issue which can't be solved via Seller Support.

4 months ago I received a KYC email and promptly uploaded verification details, the next day no issues and the account was back up with full selling privileges.

Today I woke up and I had disbursements cancelled and i couldn't request disbursement. After speaking with seller central they said my account has been subject to a verification check and to check performance notifications. The only performance notifications from Amazon are regarding ID for a secondary user that we cannot get a suitable ID from (that amazon needs) until next month. Since, i have deleted the user just in case this is causing the issue.

After further investigation I have noticed that my driving licence expired yesterday, the one issued within amazon KYC back in February - my issue is, if this is the issue why don't i have a notification to upload the new ID document. I can't get through to anyone and i'm just being told to wait 10 days until KYC team get back to me, it's worrying how they've not sent me any communication regarding this. Unfortunately we have staff and bills to pay for -- Any help in terms of point of contact or help from the mods would be really appreciated.
