hi all, what do we do about customers that take the Mickey?

Customer stated parcel was not delivered. About £50 worth

Customer opened an a-z and was refunded.

Upon checking the tracking the parcel has been delivered.

I appeal the a-z and send proof of tracking and amazon denied the case.

What on earth is wrong with them? How hard is it to check the tracking which was provided on the order and on the appeal.

I have a couple of issues I could really use some help with. My wife had a business seller account a few years ago but hasn't sold anything recently however she would like to start using it again. Upon logging in we found out it had been deactivated, we searched for the old emails and it looks like it was deactivated due to being associated with my personal selling account (previously used to sell my old mobiles when I upgraded several years ago).

We submitted an appeal for this however seller support told us that they can't help until my personal account was reactivated. This seems odd to me but anyway we tried to reactivate the personal account. I have submitted a bank statement and driving licence however every time it goes for a bank verification I get a message saying I have incorrectly selected an individual account (this isn't wrong, the account is personal) and the loop starts again.

So two questions, first is do I really need to reactivate my personal account to resolve the issue with my wifes accout? I'm more than happy to just delete it as it isn't used and I have no intention of using it.

Second is, assuming I have to reactivate my account, how do I get the system to accept that I'm an individual? Every time I raise a support issue I get told it's the wrong "channel" and redirected back to the verification process.

Hi everyone,I’m reaching out to the community (and hopefully to Amazon staff) for help.

My account was deactivated due to inauthentic product complaints across five ASINs. I’ve now submitted four separate appeals, each time with everything Amazon asked for:

Invoices dated within 365 days from verified, VAT-registered UK/EU suppliersSupplier names, addresses, phone numbers, websites – all clearly listed Letters of Authorization from brands like Goodal, and doTERRAA full sales and purchase summary, clearly showing how my inventory matched sales

A detailed Plan of Action, including root cause, corrective, and preventive steps I’ve also confirmed: My Account Health Rating was 248 at the time of suspension.

Order Defect Rate is 0.3%, and Invoice Defect Rate is 0%I have zero safety/IP/condition complaints. Despite all this, every appeal has been rejected with vague responses saying I didn’t provide enough information.

I’ve followed the help docs, read countless threads here, and I’m honestly out of options. I'm confident everything I submitted meets the requirements. If anyone has any advice, or if you’ve faced something similar and got it resolved — I would really appreciate your input. This is a matter of urgency and my entire business is at stake. I am not receiving any of return or refund unit to my inventory this means customer get the item and get paid back either, which sense is this?

The value for the ‘Brand Name’ attribute for the SKU provided is inconsistent with the value. Updating this attribute will make it inconsistent with other products in this variation. If you wish to add this product to the variation, ensure all attributes are consistent.

If anybody knows solution to that?

We are brand owners and how is it possible that any of our product somehow got some other brand’s name while it was selling okay and we made changes to their data to.

Know no matter what changes I try to make processed file return with this error, we can’t edit, update or even delete these listings, yes, when trying to delete it via seller central, it says it will take effect in 15 minutes, but does nothing and when trying to delete via flat-file, we receive same error.

Seller support’s “support” isn’t really supporting us either, their replies are usual scripted answers, tried live support and call, but they also transfer case to "specialist team", which replies via email in typical manner.

We are stuck, please help.
