Received the letter from Amazon about I need CGL insurance for the US, I am in Spain and sell worldwide via Amazon. I am in Spain. I tried contacting Marsh spain, they say they cannot offer us an insurance covering Amazon/USA.

What do I do, we cannot find any insurance company who support Amazons insurance requirements?

I requested via amazon seller support to get more time to resolve this but first-line said no to extension.

Anyone know how to solve this, I see the forum is flooded with sellers who cannot solve this in timely manner.

Selling a battery, have already provided test reports, safety tests etc that are required by Amazon before EVER SELLING THE ITEM. This item has been for sale for over a year.

I have also provided it in the case log so they have it again if they even cared to look.

Now it's been flagged as a food product and too risky to sell (it's a 3.7 volt battery, plenty of sellers sell similar, it's nothing crazy).

Why won't anyone listen and why do I have to come to the forum to get any semblance of help. Account health has no clue what planet they are on, and the submit evidence team refuses to even use any common sense or read, just waits 24 hours to reject every case without even looking.

On 20 May, my ASIN suddenly became unsaleable. I contacted the account support team and was told that I needed to provide information about lithium batteries and submit the lithium battery information in the "Upload a list of required lithium battery tests" section, but when I submitted the information it kept showing "Invalid ASIN! "

Then I went to submit the lithium battery information through the account support team, but was told "This product is a safety hazard. Therefore, it is prohibited from being sold or listed on Amazon. At this time, we will not be reviewing any documentation for this product."

My product is not a food product and does not pose any safety hazard, so I am asking for Amazon's help to find out the reason for the ban!

The story is that a buyer sent a message to me requesting refund without return the product, or he/she will leave a 1 star review both on my listing and seller profile. I tried to understand the problem and offer help, but the buyer didnt show the detail, and persist in requesting a refound without return. I refused this requirement, and suggested he follow Amazon rule return the product then he/she will get the refound. At last the buyer left the 1 star review.

The vedio of review is not showing the problem, but vicious. The words of the review most about the product, and the part of service is untrue.

品牌注册一直显示不符合要求，也没有申诉的入口，也不能重新开启申请。可怕的是已经快两个月了，寻求了很多的帮助，都没有解决，最新的case 17599096991提供了所有我能想到的证明和解释，但是一直被毫无根据的重复的回复拒绝我，拒绝的原因跟我看来没有什么关系，因为我是刚申请的全新店铺也是刚注册的全新品牌，品牌的所有者还是账户主体的公司，什么都是新的，我也不存在滥用品牌的行为，因为我还没开始。我前面注册的时候有三次因为图片不真实的原因被拒绝，虽然事实是图片也是按照要求有雕刻和缝制等方法固定品牌的方式实拍图，虽然也是冤枉被拒，但是他们给了理由，我也还可以再次提交。但是现在这个最近案例的提交是个死循环，已经两个月了，我不仅因为这个没有完成采购计划，还赔了一些违约金。这太不合理了。虽然如此但我仍我不想放弃，期望能得到官方的帮助，在这里看到我的难处。。。我想要这个案例17599096991被审核，或被拒绝被撤销这个注册，以便我可以重新提交申请。
