Investigator said that customer complained about receiving different version of the product and when they looked into my inventory which was held in wearhouse they say we also identified it as wrong version! and they attached the pictures taken by the wearhouse team.

fun part is this that the image they took clearly shows that it is the exact version of the product according to the listing. they did not even bothered to have a look on the pictures and just favoured the customer and restricted my selling privaligis !

please any amazon team member have a look into this case id 10962238482 and see the pictures they attached are acctally correct version. and activate our selling privaligis

When attempting to add a product using the app it gets to the "add offer" screen which is entirely blank, with no options. This happened last night and is still the same today. I've deleted and added the app and it's still the same

I can create them on the desktop so it isn't a problem with permissions, it's the app itself

Anyone else having this issue?

We have received back damage returns but we can't open up manage safe t claim. We opened up a case back in April but still no answer. The order was automatically refunded.

To cut a long story short, getting hit with surcharges due to unreadable barcodes by Royal Mail.

I have done some investigation and have found that all QR codes generated via Amazon Buy Shipping (either through my 3rd party software OR directly on the Amazon website) have clear issues - see image below.

I spoke to Royal Mail directly about this, who after 3-4 emails back and forth finally conceded it was the QR codes and not my printers at fault.

They then told me to speak to Amazon and that they dont have intenal contact with Amazon (?) - this should clearly be their responsibility especially if I am getting fined for this issue.

Anyone else noticed this?

I’m writing with concern about my UK Seller Central account, which was recently closed without any clear reason, even though I submitted all required documents for KYC and VAT verification.

• I provided valid VAT registration, company documents, identity verification, and bank statements — everything requested was uploaded on time.

• Despite full cooperation, my UK account was closed and no reason was shared — only that the decision was final.

• Meanwhile, my USA Seller Account passed all verification steps successfully and is currently active — which shows that my documents and identity are valid and recognised.

This makes the situation even more confusing, as I used the same business information and documentation for both marketplaces.

I kindly request that someone from the KYC or compliance team re-review the UK account closure, as it appears to be either a misunderstanding or a backend error.

We got this email from amazon:

"Having reviewed your account thoroughly, we have decided that your account will remain closed. All information provided by you has been considered in detail. This decision has been reached because we have not been able to successfully process your application to open a Selling on Amazon payment account.

I am unable to provide you with any further information. We may not respond to further correspondence regarding the closure of your account."
