My 2 current products both have their estimated delivery dates removed along with my prime badge.

This happened only after I got a false "suspension" on one product that was instantly removed without me needing to do anything.

But now it has somehow messed with my account and my other listings as I'm not getting featured products anymore because there is no estimated delivery date.

This evening, we’ve been hit with hundreds of sudden charges on our account under the description:

"Carrier delivery label adjustment due to under-charged delivery label"

These adjustments are:

Hitting all at once with no prior notice

Going as far back as April 2025

All related to EVRi Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) shipments

Providing no clear breakdown or calculation of how the so-called "undercharge" was determined. All we can see is that its a duplicate charge to the original buy shipping charge.

This has caused massive billing disruptions and we're concerned it may be a system-wide issue or billing error. A few example order IDs show the same problem with duplicate or unexpected label charges retroactively applied.

We have raised this with both EVRi and Amazon support, but are still waiting for an explanation or fix.

Is anyone else seeing this?

Would appreciate hearing from other SFP sellers (especially those using EVRi) to understand if this is isolated or affecting others too.

Does anyone know how to convert variation listings to FBM Prime?

We already fulfil orders ourselves, but without a Prime Badge. Whenever we research, it keeps coming up with the same convert to FBA, which is not what we want to do.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I received a negative feedback on a football cake topper, with the customer claiming I sent the wrong colour. However, the customer selected red when placing the order, and I’ve confirmed that we did indeed send a red topper as requested.

The topper includes a team name, and the customer had entered "Derby County." They are now saying the topper should have been black, as that is the team’s official colour. However, there was no mention of this in the order notes—only the team name and a red colour selection.

I feel this isn’t my fault, as I strictly followed the customer’s instructions. Do you have any suggestions on how best to handle this or what action I should take regarding the feedback?
