I am getting hit with the empty envelope nonsense just like everyone else. There a ref flags that make it easy to identify some of these orders. I canceled a couple of them but it affects my ODR to heavily as this is a slower time of year. I know I can file a SAFE-T Claim and all that but I still am out the product and shipping costs when this happens. The worst part is that the high percentage return rate is going to cripple a great listing that I have had for years. There has to be some way to stop this or get out in front of it. I have said for years if you do a certain volume of sales on Amazon you should have a rep that you can call and get on the phone. I pay Amazon over $800K a year in fees and yet I am alone when I have an issues. This is beyond frustrating. Hopefully someday Amazon could start supporting their sellers a little.

Is a specialty bulb that is for use in a specific theater and DJ lighting equipment. It is not a general service light bulb and the US DOE exempts specialty bulbs from requiring the "Lighting Facts" label on the packaging. I submitted an appeal to this violation stating this but received a denial, even though it's very clear just by looking at the product that is NOT a general service light bulb.

@Seller_pAPBCLhysbW5T I see you've dealt with these in the past, can you please review our case and have the ASIN reinstated?

Hi Sellers,

I could use some advice on how best to proceed in a tricky situation.

I’m trying to list a product under my intended brand name , which is also the name of my Amazon storefront. However, my listing request was denied with Error 5461, stating that Amazon couldn’t verify that the brand offers car accessories.

At the moment, I haven’t filed a trademark yet, but I plan to register the brand name with the USPTO under Actual Use, once the product is live. The catch is — I’ve learned that if I list the product as Generic now, I won’t be able to switch it to a branded ASIN later, even after the trademark is approved and Brand Registry is complete.

I’m trying to avoid listing it as Generic for that reason, but also can’t move forward with the brand listing until I’m in Brand Registry, which requires a trademark.

Has anyone dealt with this chicken-and-egg situation?

Is it better to file the trademark under Intent to Use now, and then apply for Brand Registry with the serial number?

Will Amazon allow me to list under the proposed brand name once I’m in Brand Registry even if the product hasn’t been sold yet?

Any tips to avoid violating ASIN creation policies while getting the brand recognized?

Would really appreciate any insights or experiences on how to get past this roadblock without compromising future branding.

If a seller account is deactivated due to a Section 3 violation, is it possible to create an FBA removal order or use FBA Liquidations while the account is deactivated? Looking to understand what options are available for managing FBA inventory in this situation?

Hi Amazon Team,

I have 26 orders that were affected by 'Adjustment' charges. These charges are incorrect and appear to be based on false data. Amazon Case ID: 17832140561

The reason given is: "The shipping services purchased for the package did not match the carrier-reported charge for shipping the package."

However, the issue lies with DHL not applying the discounted shipping rates available through Amazon, which has led to unusually high adjustment charges.

For example, I entered the following dimensions and weight at the time of shipment:

Dimensions (LxWxH): 20.0 x 11.0 x 14.0 cm

Package Weight: 1.008 kg

DHL's reweigh and remeasure data lists:

Dimensions: 6.8 x 4.9 x 8.4 cm

Package Weight: 1.1 kg

Even using DHL’s revised measurements, the adjustment charge of –$90.62 is excessive and does not reflect the corporate discounted rates I should receive through DHL’s Amazon Buy Shipping..

All 26 orders have either incorrect remeasurement data or unreasonably high adjustments. As a result, I am incurring a total loss of approximately $1,700 in shipping adjustments.

I kindly request that these charges be thoroughly reviewed and refunded as soon as possible.

I am confused, i am a new seller and i buy shipping through amazon, the seller support does not help at all, and i got the " your account is at risk of deactivation because of late shipping" i usually ship my product almost the same day, it never gets to 24hr before i ship out, i do fbm because the product is a spray bottle and i don't know why i would get late shipping when i buy shipping through amazon and ship them out almost immediately, i drop them off at usps immediately i finish packing, my product is only $13 usd and amazon want me to $25 to ship a product soo the customers will get it next day or 3rd day, amazon are targeting low budget sellers not fair

INVALID CHARGE METHOD

Amazon seller central is not allowing me to access any of the area with the following message:

Your access to Seller Central is currently restricted due to an invalid charge method. Register a valid charge method for your seller account and restore full access to Seller Central by clicking 'Update Charge Method'. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours to validate your charge method after updating. For more information, visit our Help Pages.

Although the charge method that Amazon says is invalid is a brand new card and updated. I still added another charge method, but the result is the same.

Customer cancelled order, then left us a 1-star review stating that they never received the order. Went through support, but they said they were unable to do anything about the feedback. Is there any way to get this suppressed? Screenshot provided showing that the order was cancelled by the buyer:

WHY are hundreds of brands being gated?

Is anyone else seeing hundreds of brands being gated that they have sold for years? Multi-million dollar seller for 8 years and the past 8 months have been atrocious with Amazon gating brand after brand. I used to be able to sell every brand in a grocery store - vitamin/supplement, medicine, health and beauty, and diaper sections....They are now all gated with hundreds of units required now to get ungated. What in the world? WHY IS AMAZON DESTROYING THEIR SELLERS BY DOING THIS???

Hello @Seller_8hQgfj6OVZYse,

Opening a discussion here at your request on a different thread. I opened a case, 17695877371, but since it is not my brand they did not accept the information I provided.

I also reported abuse under the "Product detail page was changed to represent a different product category", Complaint ID: 17695712951.

That one was automatically declined so I submitted a 2nd one Complaint ID: 17695706301 under the category "Content on detail page is incorrect or not allowed as per Amazon's policy". This one was also automatically declined.

I received the same email for both abuse reports saying "Thank you for your report of a suspected policy violation. We cannot take action on the report as no violation has been identified on the reported ASIN for the violation type selected."

I can see that over 800 listings have been changed to FQQF as the brand. Many of these are major recognizable brands and it should be obvious that FQQF is not the actual brand name.
