My 2 current products both have their estimated delivery dates removed along with my prime badge.

This happened only after I got a false "suspension" on one product that was instantly removed without me needing to do anything.

But now it has somehow messed with my account and my other listings as I'm not getting featured products anymore because there is no estimated delivery date.

My apologies, I missed your response to my original discussion on this, just to recap:

One of my better selling listings has no button to either 'Add to basket' and/or Buy, this makes no sense to me but does seem to relate to an issue with Match Competitive External Price.

The suggested price is far too low, I am the only seller as it's my brand. This issue looks to have been caused when we added A+ content, no prices were altered at that time.

I am not a new seller, historically this same listing with variations was alsways good for me. Any ideas how this can be fixed?

Hi,

I need urgent from seniors.

I only have UK marketplace seller account and never ever made seller account in other marketplace.

However I got warnings on my UK account for tax information and update charged method for other countries ( US, Canada, Australia, Japan).

I connected to seller support, initially they guided me to contact those marketplaces support team . when I told them I did not have any account with those marketplace then they told me just ignored them.

I ignored them, now I got an email from Amazon.com for reverification of my account till 16th June otherwise my account would be deactivated. I contacted to UK SS and they told me those countries have connected to my UK account and some of my listing are also active there. SS help me to put those countries on holiday mode so no one can see yours listing then you would not get any warnings and guided me to contact to each country support team and tell them issue.

I contacted to US support team by chat because this was only option there but she insisted me for reverification of Amazon.com and provide tax documents and update payments methods as well. I told her I only have UK account and all documents are for UK marketplace but she insisted me for reverification of amazon.com and then close account for all connected countries.

She even told me if yours US account would be deactivated which I never ever make yours UK account would me effected.

Then she closed chat without my notice.

what should I do ? Those warnings are seriously effecting my UK account.

I wondered how those marketplace have been connected to my account and how I can disconnect them.

Please help me to resolve issue.

I need your help and advice on a serious issue we have been facing. Order ID: 204-8778549-3360302

A customer purchased a specific pair of shoes from us. We fulfilled the order correctly, and our internal records, pick list, and dispatch footage confirm this.

However, the buyer raised a return claim saying "wrong item sent" and returned a completely different pair of shoes, not even a model we sell. The returned pair was used and dirty. Despite submitting full evidence (photos, product catalogue, stock sheet, and return inspection report), Amazon refunded the buyer from our account.

We have submitted 16 appeals through the normal channels and keep receiving the same copy-paste response:

“Although we understand your position, we stand by our decision.”

We have asked for an escalation or human review, but there is no way forward via the standard appeal workflow. This is a clear case of return fraud, and it seems there is no protection for sellers in this situation.

Has anyone managed to:

Escalate these cases beyond the automated system?

Get a proper review done by Executive Seller Relations?

Recover funds in similar fraud situations?

Any insights or proven escalation routes would be hugely appreciated. I am also interested in collaborating with other sellers who face similar situations to raise this as a systemic issue with Seller Performance or through FBA Feedback Loops.

One of the biggest mistakes over the last few years in my opinion was the withdrawal of the right to reply in the feedback section. It is incredibly frustrating to not be able to reply to these publicly.

The fact there are no replies to a negative and positive comment which is available on every other platform, suggests to the layman and potential customer that we simply don't care about our customers experience. It will also separate the wheat from the chaff.

What does everyone think? A waste of time? Or shall we at least try?
