After reviewing the concerns raised, I have made the decision to permanently discontinue selling DURVET products on Amazon. I acknowledge the importance of sourcing only through authorized distributors and maintaining verifiable documentation for all products sold.

Corrective Actions Taken:

I have removed all DURVET-branded inventory from my listings and fulfillment network.

I am terminating any association with suppliers who are unable to provide valid, brand-authorized documentation.

I am canceling all current and future plans to sell DURVET or any other unverified branded products.

Preventive Measures:

Going forward, I will only source products directly from brands or their verified authorized distributors.

I will request and retain proper brand authorization letters and unaltered invoices before listing any branded product.

I will implement strict internal checks to ensure all sourcing and documentation meet Amazon’s standards.

I will conduct regular compliance reviews to avoid any future violations.

a customer has filed an a-z claim against us for .28 cents. (Sales tax) and the monkeys in charge, granted it. They then doubled down and denied our appeal.

We have contacted the State of Texas Comptroller for their review.

I am reaching out regarding my seller account, which was suspended due to an intellectual property violation for (Case ID: 17839262431). Here’s the situation requiring your help:

Issue Background

My account was suspended for IP infringement, the first such incident in my 5 years of operation.

The violation involves a single ASIN, and we immediately removed the listing upon notification.

First Appeal Shortcomings

As this was our first experience with IP issues, the initial appeal lacked substantive evidence (e.g., trademark search reports, remediation records) and was not professionally structured, leading to its rejection.

Current System Barrier

We were instructed to resubmit an appeal with new evidence, but the appeal portal in Seller Central remains stuck on "Under Review", preventing us from uploading new documents.

Request for Help:

Unlocking the appeal portal to allow submission of new evidence (e.g., updated compliance records, trademark status reports)?

I am a new seller and started my account about a month ago. I had a hot selling product (2 similar sku's) and now almost 2 weeks later only 1 of those shipments have been completed and the other 9 orders are sitting in "waiting payment verification" status. The oldest one almost 17 days. Is this normal and if not, what can I do about it? I would understand if it were just a couple but 9 out of a possible 10 of the same product in the same status and in the same time frame seems suspicious.

It would seem that everyone is doing this now. We've had about 10 of them this month- ALL LIES.

every one of them was delivered, with PHOTO PROOF from UPS, and we presented it each time. They always lie, then file and A-Z, Amazon gives them their money back and they get to keep the item FOR FREE.

Amazon takes the money out of OUR account, even through we present irrefutable PROOF that it was delivered. We even have to file an A-Z appeal JUST TO GET THE DING OFF OUR ODR.

None of this is our fault, it's total fraud and it is rampantly our of control. We can't afford to add a $5 signture required to every delivery, and even if we did, the way Amazon is acting, they would STILL give them the A-Z claim and item for FREE.

AMAZON MODS- please reply and help us out. We posted another thread about this and got ZERO REPLIES and ZERO HELP.

WHAT CAN/IS BEING DONE ABOUT THIS RAMPANT FRAUD?

if this keeps up, we will be able to keep selling on Amazon- we are getting robbed blind!
