Never used to be much of an issue this, very occasionally I would get a message from a customer saying the item was late and they need a refund.

Over the last couple of weeks I am getting many messages asking me for a Refund as the item hasn't arrived on time and it is too late to be used. Almost always these messages come on the Expected Delivery date or the day afterwards. I am getting it all hours of the day and it is driving me mad.

I know Royal Mail can be slow but is there any kind of change in Amazon messaging which anyone is aware of which is driving this?

This is particularly impacting Letter Post sent by Royal Mail where there is no tracking.

This is different to the Item is Lost messages I get which I am used to (and still get!).

As many other sellers are now reporting, we have 3 orders which have had A-Z Claim Approved from the customer claiming to have not received their orders - despite us having signed proof of delivery for all 3 orders. It is also going against our Order Defect Rate.

We sell furniture, so these are not inexpensive items which can just afford to give away for free.

We do not agree with Amazon's automated responses to our appeals and we have tried to ring Amazon as well with no luck.

For all 3 appeals, we have received the automated same result:

"We have debited the amount from your account and have counted the claim against your order defect rate.

Appeal decision - Upon further review, we have decided to uphold our original decision.

Further decision - Upon further review, we have decided to uphold our original decision.

Further decision - Upon further review, we have decided to uphold our original decision."

HI, I had an A-to-z Guarantee claim this morning. For no reason. Buyer never contacted me asking for a refund or a replacement. So it Just happened out of the Blue for some reason.

It said on my account health page because of the A-to-z Guarantee Claim "Your seller-fulfilled offers are at risk of deactivation"

Although Luckily there was "No Negative Feedback on my profile store front"

This "A-to-Z Guarantee Claim" Has had a massive effect my Amazon Seller Account Health. I have been doing ever so well in the last past couple of weeks until this one has happened. Now Amazon Refunded The Buyer without proper investigating it before hand' and Now I lost out. I am not happy at all. Can anyone help me to resolve the issue in this matter.

My disbursment was cancelled I have no email to say why no performance notifications and seller support have no idea. They mentioned verification but there is no notice to verify any information either. My seller account is active and account health is very good. Can anyone help Please Admin can you give me some more information?
