We are a long-time Amazon seller urgently needing help with a platform issue that has caused a significant financial loss.

On June 17, a removal order (ID: nqcSuowRkZ) was automatically triggered due to auto-removal settings. The inventory is valued at over $50,000. We realized the mistake quickly and tried to cancel the removal order while it was still marked as “Pending.” Unfortunately, the Cancel button was greyed out, and Seller Support told us it was too late—even though over 1,100 units were still unprocessed.

We've:

1.Opened multiple cases

2.Spoken with Seller Support on the phone

3.Escalated via executive and legal emails

Still no resolution. and units are being liquidated every minute!!!

We are pleading with Amazon to:

1.Stop the unprocessed inventory from being liquidated

2.Investigate why we were locked out of cancelling a pending order

3..Provide compensation for the units already lost, if irreversible

This is not a minor error. We are a small business, and this loss is devastating. Hoping someone from Amazon sees this and can help escalate or provide internal contacts that can actually resolve this.

Has anyone faced this and been able to recover inventory or get support to act in time?

I am writing to formally request to escalate a delivery dispute related Order 205-1729008-9231501.The order in question was shipped via ParcelForce on June 10th, 2025, and the tracking information confirms that it was delivered on June 11th, 2025, at 13:17 to Mr. E. Heath The proof of delivery indicates that a male received the package. However, the customer has claimed that the item was not received. In response, I provided the customer with the proof of delivery and reached out to ParcelForce for further investigation.This morning, ParcelForce confirmed via email which has been shared with Mr. Elliott that their driver returned to the delivery location and took a photograph of the correct door, which corresponds with the proof of delivery. They have verified through GPS tracking and the revisit that the package was indeed delivered correctly.Furthermore, I learned from ParcelForce that they attempted to contact the buyer, who was uncooperative and acted suspiciously, even ignoring requests for his full name. Given these concerning circumstances, I strongly suspect that the buyer may be attempting to deceive us.I kindly request that Amazon conduct a thorough investigation into this matter, particularly regarding the buyer's account activity. I have attached the photo taken by the driver today, which confirms delivery to the correct address.I am struggling to understand how a refund could be issued to the customer when there is substantial evidence supporting the delivery. I need to get thesethese drinks over to me in the uk, can i send them to a fulliment center in america and then will that warehouse send to me in uk, if so how much ?

My account has been suspended with stock stranded for over a year due to UK establishment verification.

Their final message to me was this. I have tried everything, my office before was a virtual address office and now it is physical. They still won't accept it or the documentation for it.

It has been under the Ombudsman investigation for over a year too.

If anyone can advise me on what to do I would greatly appreciate it.
