I am new to reporting a customer, however when it affects my feedback, that's something different. A customer claimed the item that they had received was not as described on the ad. I asked them to double check this before returning. I, today have received an item back, no outer wrapping no protection just a label stuck to it, it being a greetings card. The worst is is that the card is not mine I don't sell that item. I have contacted them again with photos of what I have received back. No response yet. The question is how do I take this further, not the cost, it's the feedback which count for more.

Probably not much you can do about the feedback, Amazon are unlikely to remove it and you will have to just put up with it.
As for the return. Assuming it was refunded at first scan then try raising a SAFE-T claim to get a reimbursement for the issue. No guarantees but this is the correct way to report the issue and at least Amazon will be aware.
I suspect the buyer may have ordered cards from more than one seller and got confused about what they ordered and who they ordered from.
I keep getting policy violations in my account because I'm trying to update my licensed products. The products I'm trying to updatehave incorrect brand information from someone who previously uploaded the product. I have GS1 proof as well as UPC proof that these products are my manufactured by my brand. However, Amazon continues to not update the brand for my products. Please help. Case ID: 9968169032
Hello friends, I live in Canada and have a seller account in CANADA and UK FBA. 2 years ago I registered for a UK account and after 2-3 months I got notifications to provide the VAT number. However as I did not register my business because of not having too many sales, I cannot apply for a VAT number because they ask for a business license.
So, for the last 22 months, I have been paying them around $50/month for my FBA storage. Because of not having a VAT number, I can't return my inventory, and can't deactivate my account.
the plan is already individual. But charges are for FBA Storage. And because I don't have a VAT number neither can I deactivate my account nor destroy/return my FBA storage products.
Do you guys have any solution to stop charges or deactivate my UK account except by providing a VAT number?
