Hello,
I really need your urgent help/advice guys.
First of all, I'm not a new seller. I've been selling since September last year, I've achieved month on month steady growth on the UK marketplace. I currently have over 700+ active SKUs.
However, overnight, without any warning or notification, since 16 June, I have had a significant issue with my Amazon account: I have lost the BuyBox/Featured Offer for ALL of my listings.
As a result, in the last few days my daily sales have dropped from around £1000 to almost zero. In addition, my "Featured Offer %" has dropped to 0%. Btw, my account health is currently 248.
I opened several tickets without success, but chatted with Amazon Support who confirmed: "As of the moment your ACCOUNT is not eligible for BuyBox".
However, as to the reason why this happened and what I needed to do to get it resolved, I was told nothing but to wait. The problem is that I am losing money every day by not being able to sell anything, but I have to cover the costs of my business and order new products.
I cannot name here a specific ASIN, because this issue affects ALL of my SKUs (700+ listings), and given that it appears to be an Amazon-side problem. Therefore I am requesting your urgent assistance.
I have already emailed the Managing Director about this, but have not yet received a reply.
Can I somehow reach the team responsible to check my account and restore the Featured Offers in my account as soon as possible?
Thank you for your prompt attention to this urgent matter.
Thank you!
Regards
I am doing FBA and Amazon keeps the buy box with 6-7 months of shipping time on some of my listings. How on earth can it be possible? It cannot be accepted as a normal shipping time and there is no chance to beat those prices. Amazon does not allow us to win the buy box.
I am following the use case guide for SP feeds.
I am able to create a document and upload XML to it without problems.
However I am unable to use the createFeed (POST /feeds/2021-06-30/feeds) endpoint. I am sending what should be a valid body, and I have proper header, but I am still getting 403. Any help what am I doing wrong or which permissions am I missing?
curl --location 'https://sellingpartnerapi-eu.amazon.com/feeds/2021-06-30/feeds' \
--header 'x-amz-access-token: (token which worked to create document)' \
--header 'Content-Type: application/json' \
--data '{
"feedType": "POST_ORDER_ACKNOWLEDGEMENT_DATA",
"marketplaceIds": [ "A1PA6795UKMFR9" ],
"inputFeedDocumentId": "{feed I got from createDocument}"
}'
And the error message I get is not super helpful:
{
code: 'Unauthorized',
message: 'Access to the resource is forbidden',
details: ''
}
That's selling for you. Personally I'd rather focus on products that might sell less but have less competition. If a new seller arrives and sell them for a lot less, I let them do it (unless I want to get rid of the products) and keep my ideal price. Soon or later they will go. If they stay, well I move on, there are lots of products in the sea.
If I take into account the returns, the packaging, the missing orders, the labour involved etc I'd rather have 100 products that sell 5 times a week each with a good margin rather than have one product that sells 80 times a day for 20p margin.
I need help from Amazon and anyone else who has had the nightmare of navigating this issue, currently UK account in the red and Saudi Arabia account restricted completely.
10 Cooler Master product ASINS have had a product safety violation, requesting DoC (declaration of Conformity), CE certificate, product images and copy of manual.
We've received all this information from Cooler master and submitted via the "submit appeal", this has now ballooned out to 16 cases?!
And the responses on the cases are fragmented and contradictory, from delete the listing to remake a listing against the affected ASIN.
And incoherent responses; like "we can't help as this is not a seller verification enquiry" or "please provide the reason for the safety concern"
AMAZON YOU SOURCE AND SELL THEIR PRODUCTS DIRECTLY AS WELL, surely you can ask your contact at Cooler Master, we've provided the same information you will have access to through Cooler Master. I would like to use stronger words, but this is a dumpster fire right now. I would like to add we have 0 sales on any Amazon marketplace for the ASINS listed below.
How do we fix this, where do we even begin to get the one account unrestricted and stopping the other one following suit?
I'm happy to not have any listing in my inventory associated with those ASINS, I do not need to reinstate the ASIN, I would like a fully operational account again please.
It's like watching your favourite pub burn down, what are we doing here Amazon?

I did this, and it worked, I now have a message from the "customer" just saying no package!!
If I had some support from Amazon, I should never have had to do this in the first place.
It was sitting in shipping with a threat that if automatically cancelled it could affect my cancellation rate on the 25/06.
It has dinged my late shipment rate now. I am going to try Amazon support one more time.
I had the feeling at the time it might have been a scam, cancel immediately you get the shipment email!
Just got another one. I sell at £30. Two other sellers, 1 at £56 and the other at £76. I get deactivated and both of those are still in place.
Surely this is price fixing?
Can ANYONE make any sense of Amazons pricing policy ? I have had books deactivated for overpricing when it was rare, mine was the only one on Amazon and those few on ABE were £10 more. I was asked to provide a 'reference price' which was presumably the new price in about 1980 !
Now I have had another removed so I looked up the others for sale. Mine was £38. Ther are two at £30, which was not the case when I first listed as I am always the cheapest like for like. But there are three at £80, and the one new copy ( surely their 'reference price' ) is over £200 !
I cant make any sense of it at all. Book prices on Amazon are totally random. I have seen prices ranging from 10 to 200 for the same book and Amazon is mostly happy with it. But when one of the bucket shops puts up a valuable book for a ridiculous price i am suddenly expected to match it. I would rather take it down the charity shop. ( mind you, thats where the bucket shops get some of their books )
Is it just me or does this happen to others ?
Hi
Can anybody recommend a software that can help me calculate my level of profit from my FBA sales?
I sell in multiple market places and need a snapshot of my sales and profit over the last 24-36 months
I am struggling to make sense of the Amazon reports
Thanks
My business partners and I would highly appreciate someone from Amazon to really help us here and correct this wrongdoing in Restricting our account for false VAT claims:
Account Health Case ID: 9856291392
In the performance notification on 26 May 2024 12:56 CEST, you wrote us:
"You will need to pay the VAT amount to Amazon for the historical unpaid VAT for the sales of goods delivered to customers in the UK on all sales from 1 January 2021, which fall under the UK VAT on eCommerce legislation. We will send you additional information regarding next steps, including payment options."
However, we had ZERO sales to UK customers long before you approved our new entity in the Republic of Cyprus in July 2023. That means NO Sales = NO VAT to the UK. Also, ZERO FBA inventory is stored in the UK for FBA or ours. So, there is no historical VAT due to UK customers, and we have all the documentation to prove this.
We have contacted twice your Amazon Health Account team, and in both calls, they confirmed that our non-UK establishment is still under investigation.
Secondly, asking us for sensitive data and documents of a company that is not operating this Amazon account anymore (the UK-based business) is not right.
We have already provided more than enough from them that you had on file already, and more from our current EU company.
This means accusing us of unpaid UK VAT for selling activity that is not there and EU VAT for an EU company that sells to EU customers. It simply does not make ANY sense, legally, tax-wise, and more.
Can one of the Amazon managers please help review my submission? I have had no response for many working days and the cashflow issue keeps growing, plus the huge impact in our sales.
We have provided all the documentation requested to prove all the above and more.
Thank you!
