Watch a PODCAST and receive £5 off PROMO CODE...
by Seller_u0Hc31ASdrIaz
Amazon replied

Did you all receive this promo offer and watched the podcast, only to find nothing happened and it didn't work?

They keep telling me I will get it though, but they need to fix a glitch first, which prevents it to work right now. That was 3 weeks ago!

It's only £5 but hey. Plus I thought Amazon was better than ebay at this kind of thing. (I also never got a £5 off offer from ebay, but less surprise there as I no longer trust eBay).

Approval for gl_wine stalled for over 5 weeks
by Seller_Bbj1BOZxro2AT
Amazon replied

Hi,

Anyone know the usual time it takes for approval in the gl_wine category, if there is a usual time?

We've provided all the info, seem to have got past all the initial rejections by providing the information requested, but for the last 5 weeks we just get a holding email every 1 or 2 days saying "You will receive an update within 2-3 business days. We thank you for your patience.".

Is this usual? Asked support for info and they just say they can't contact the approval team.

Case ID: 12253189472

Thanks!

Hello @Cooper_Amazon and forum team,

I need help with a recurring Error 90244 that I cannot resolve despite multiple attempts.

**Issue Summary:**

I am trying to create a variation listing for shoe insoles (SizeName-ColorName variation theme). The error report keeps pointing to the **Unit Count** column with Error 90244 (invalid value).

**What I have tried (all failed):**

1. EnsuredUnit Count Typeis selected from the dropdown (Count).2. Filled Unit Count with 1 and also tried 2.

3. Also fillednumber_of_itemswith the same value.4. Confirmed parent rows are blank for these fields.

5. Downloaded the latest template for this category.6. Opened 5 separate cases with Seller Support. Each time, I was told the issue would be fixed, but nothing has changed.`

**My Case IDs for reference:**

- [12565633522]

- [12554113462]

- [12473665612]

**Batch ID from the latest failed upload:**

[77877020581]

[77876020581]

[77875020580]

[77874020580]

**Request:**

I believe this is a known system issue with the Unit Count attribute, as discussed in other forum threads. Since regular Seller Support has been unable to resolve it after 5 cases, please escalate this to the internal technical team.

Thank you for your help.

Hello,

We are seeking clarification from moderators and other UK sellers regarding the operational implementation of Regulation 4 of The Advertising (Less Healthy Food Definitions and Exemptions) Regulations 2024 in Amazon Ads UK.

Under Regulation 4, a “food or drink SME” is defined as a business employing fewer than 250 employees in the relevant financial year. The statutory framework connected to section 368Z14 of the Communications Act 2003 provides an exemption for SMEs from the paid-for online advertising restriction on identifiable less healthy products.

However, within Amazon Ads (UK marketplace), HFSS-classified ASINs appear to be automatically restricted at product level, and there does not appear to be any visible mechanism for advertisers to request review under the Regulation 4 SME definition.

We have received confirmation via Ads Support that there is currently no operational system within Sponsored Ads to apply an advertiser-level SME exemption.

We would appreciate insight on the following:

Has any UK-based SME seller successfully had the Regulation 4 exemption applied within Amazon Ads?

Is there any published Amazon guidance explaining how statutory SME exemptions are handled operationally?

Has this been escalated to the internal Ads Policy or Compliance team for review?

This is raised for regulatory alignment clarity. We are not disputing HFSS classification at ASIN level, but rather seeking to understand how statutory advertiser-level exemptions are reflected within platform enforcement.

If other sellers are facing the same gap, it would be helpful to consolidate references and case IDs.

Appreciate any insight from moderators or sellers with direct experience.

For context, this relates specifically to UK marketplace Sponsored Ads restrictions on HFSS-classified ASINs where the advertiser qualifies under Regulation 4 as an SME.

Thank you.

Hello,

I am looking for assistance escalating an ongoing FBA issue that is significantly damaging our brand and customer experience.

Case ID: 12625049072

We sell a box set containing 5 box files per unit.

The products were sent to Amazon correctly:

Each FBA unit contains 5 box files.

The outer packaging clearly states "Box of 5".

The product weight matches a 5-pack.

The dimensions match a 5-pack.

The listing clearly describes a set of 5.

Despite this, over the last two weeks approximately 30 customers have reported receiving only 1 box file instead of the full set of 5.

The issue was initially dismissed, however customer complaints continue and we have therefore reopened the case.

This is creating:

Negative customer experiences

Refunds and replacements

Damage to our brand reputation

Loss of confidence in our listings

We believe there may be an issue within the FBA fulfilment process or inventory handling, as the products were supplied to Amazon correctly.

Can a moderator please escalate this to the appropriate FBA investigation team and advise what additional information is required?

Thank you,

Nathan

KYC DEACTIVATION 5 NOVEMBER 2025
by Seller_UNfC69gxCCSvo

Our account has been deactivated since 5 November 2025 saying that there are multiple companies registered at our address, We've submitted every single thing to Amazon but Amazon has stopped responding to our appeals.

Tired of Amazon's idle responses we did changed our address from the old one. We have submitted everything to Amazon but It's been more than a month and Amazon isn't replying to any of our appeals or submissions. There's nothing required to be submitted from our side but still our account remains deactivated.

We have submitted every proof that we're a legitimate company.

We need an answer from Amazon if anything is required from our side. Tired of hearing that your account is still under review.

Please help us in this issue.

UPDATE: Amazon has sent me an email which stated that our address on our VAT ID and on Amazon was different. It is now updated but there is no option on it to appeal to Amazon. As of now everything is okay from our side and just we need Amazon to confirm that and activate our account.

Please help: @Seller_XUNeUuvrQDpgP @Seller_DNQGSsdC7DccM @Seller_9Kb3jdNMszN2C @Seller_Udi0JNbTrsmUV @Seller_j9Bd91CW3ZVpr @Seller_khUF6HPR2AHxu @Seller_dnxnrsZIeTNo3 @Seller_PIHyltK09pbl3 @Seller_FJwyF3iu5qxUY

Has anyone else been hit by Amazon's Delivery Promise Extension adding an extra 4 days to delivery estimates? As always seller support does not help.

We ship using Royal Mail 24, which is effectively our next-day service for the vast majority of orders. Despite this, Amazon is now showing customers delivery dates as late as the 22nd, adding several unnecessary days to the promise.

I could understand Amazon padding delivery estimates by 1 or 2 days during busy periods, but 4 extra days seems completely excessive. It makes no sense for sellers who consistently provide fast delivery and maintain strong performance metrics.

We've been selling on Amazon for over 10 years and provide a 5-star service, operating 7 days a week, including holidays when possible. Yet it feels like we're being penalised for offering a premium 24-hour shipping service that we're paying extra for.

The result is obvious: longer delivery promises reduce conversion rates and directly impact sales. Customers see a delivery date nearly a week away and simply buy elsewhere.

I'd be interested to know whether other sellers are seeing the same issue and if Amazon has provided any explanation for these extended delivery promises.

Hello,

We’re dealing with a serious issue with an FBA shipment and are not getting any meaningful help from Seller Support after multiple attempts. According to UPS tracking, the shipment was successfully delivered to the Amazon fulfillment center on May 22. However:

The shipment was never checked in

It has never entered “receiving” status

No units have been received into inventory

It has now been over a month with no movement at all

We have opened 5 separate cases, and each time:

We receive generic responses that don’t address the issue

We are told to wait, despite the delivery being over a month ago

Cases are closed without investigation

We have already provided:

Proof of delivery from UPS

Tracking information

Shipment details

At this point, it appears the shipment may have been lost at the fulfillment center before check-in, but we cannot get Seller Support to properly investigate or escalate.

Questions:

How can we get this escalated to the FBA inventory/research team properly?

Has anyone successfully resolved a shipment that was delivered but never checked in?

Is there a specific escalation path or wording that actually works?

If a moderator could assist with escalation, it would be greatly appreciated.

@Spencer_Amazon

@Christine_Amazon

@Maya_Amazon

Thank you.

Hello,

I recently received a 5-star review from a customer describing the product, however it appears the customer accidentally left it as a seller feedback review rather than a product review.

Based on the wording of the feedback, it is clear the customer intended to review the product itself, not the seller service. The review specifically describes the product and their experience using it.

As a new seller, I have sold approximately 50 units within 22 days, and this would have been my second product review. I am concerned that if this is simply removed rather than reassigned, it may be lost entirely.

I would greatly appreciate it if the review could be moved to the product reviews section for the listing instead of being deleted, as it genuinely reflects the customer’s experience with the product.

Thank you very much for your time and support.

I am posting here in the hope that a moderator or Amazon team member can review this case, as standard Seller Support channels and account health have failed to resolve the issue.

Marketplace affected: Amazon Ireland

A health supplement/electrolyte product of mine has now been under Product Compliance review for almost 4 weeks despite all requested documentation being submitted weeks ago.

During this period:

I was advised the review would be resolved within 2–3 business days, however this timeframe was missed.

I received repeated generic responses with no meaningful update.

Seller Support confirmed the Product Compliance team is actively reviewing my submitted documents.

Seller Support also confirmed there are currently no additional documents required from me.

The ASIN nevertheless remains inactive and blocked from trading.

The same product is currently selling on Amazon UK without issue, however the review on Amazon Ireland remains unresolved.

I am also paying for a Professional Seller account and the level of support received throughout this process has been extremely poor given the length of time involved and the absence of any clear resolution timeline.

This delay is now materially impacting my business and appears well outside a normal compliance review timeframe.

I am requesting that this case be urgently reviewed internally and that a concrete update be provided on resolution status.
