Hi, it’s been nearly 2 years since Amazon deactivated my account due to a policy violation and I’m still appealing! I have once again just sent the original invoice and my bank statement showing the transaction. They are now saying We cannot accept this invoice because:
-- It was issued more than 365 days before 10/05/2024.
Which it was as the date I bought the items in question was march 2023. But I can’t do anything about that as that’s when it was bought!
They are saying:
Send the following information for the specified items:
Provide supplier invoices or receipts from the past 365 days and before 10/05/2024 for the specified ASINs
That is physically impossible as before 10th may 2024 is more than 365 days ago! I feel like I’ve spent 2 years speaking to a robot rather than an actual person reviewing my case
