I have had a listing deactivated because of trade mark violation which i had rectified 25 days ago and has been in touch with account support ever since every week and still not solution to the problem.

A-Z Claim for delivered item on day of delivery

Item ordered on 31/08/25 (Sunday)

Item dispatched on 01/09/25 (this is within the ship by date)

Item retention at the parcel hub delivery on 03/09/25

Delivered and Signed on 04/09/25

Customer messaged on 05/09/25 that he did not received the package. We said according to the tracking information this parcel was delivered Thursday 04 September 2025, 09:18. He said that "the parcel has definitely not been delivered to this address". But we just indicate the address provided on the order details.

Again, based on tracking, it was delivered and signed on 04/09/25.

A-Z claim raised, we appealed saying it was delivered with above info, claim denied, customer refunded in full.

They put the month at the start for some reason

So 8/1/25 is how they write 1st August 25

Removal of irrelevant variation themes will start September 2

If the listing contains variation themes that are being removed, each individual child will be on its own separate page.

So if you have two variation types, with 5 variants of each for a total of 25 options on one page now, it would become 25 separate pages.
