noticed this morning Evri are at it again with 100's of £0.05 adjustment charges, now althought its only £0.05 these still add up and whats to say there wont be the large charges again

I'm not sure what's going on at Amazon but regating tons of brands then asking for 100 unit ungate seems a bit over the top.

I've been selling on Amazon for over 3 years and have sold brands that I have now been regated on with 0 customer complaints. So my question is.

- I've had no warning and no list of brands you were restricting me in. Can you explain the reason for this? just before Q4 as well, the busiest time of year for Amazon sellers.

- Can you explain the reason for making it near impossible to ungate as well as making it harder and harder for anybody to actually sell any brand.

- Seller Support reject invoices without any clear reason for it. Why has this become nigh impossible as of late also.

Ive had my first business customer order and I didn’t go VAT Exempt so it never auto generated the receipt to them , I’ve now set it up on my settings but I’m still getting emails about it as it’s been 2 week since the order.

My Account health hasn’t changed but it still says 100% defect rate so I want to know how I can sort it so it’s back down to below 5% and has no risk to my account .

Every week, we encounter at least one fraud attempt where a customer returns their old equipment, falsely claiming that the item they received was damaged. However, they are unaware that the units we ship have their serial numbers scanned and recorded. As a result, when they return a different item, they are not eligible for a refund.

When we attempt to close the return request through the "Returns - Issue Refunds" section and try to deduct 100% of the refund, the system consistently throws an error:

"System Error - There was a system error. Please try again in 15 minutes."

Even after waiting 15 minutes, the issue persists.

Despite repeatedly raising this with the Seller Support team over the years, the problem remains unresolved for years. As a result, we are forced to issue a 1% refund to the customer—despite the fact that they do not deserve it.

Can someone from the Amazon team please investigate this issue? We are happy to cooperate.

Prime is 100% for all , standard metric is 100% VTR and almost 93% for OTDR.

seeing how most Prime sellers got unpadded on same day i disagree with your statement as its just a copy and paste statement.

i will ask you the same as ive asked SS ,

IF i have 100% VTR,100% BS, 100% OTDR and 0% cancellation rate then WHY am i padded , bare in mind no matter which carrier we use its padded. If you can ask someone in the IT team that would be great.

my premium is also 100% across the board. Something isnt correct
