Do your Business Reports by Product Sold match your Summary Report?

Amazon's AI chat says that these two should reconcile but the Summary Report (Revenue) states 29% less sales that the Business Reports by Product Sold between the same to dates (using a 3 month period as an example).

The Sales Dashboard matches the Business Reports by Product Sold for this 3 month period... the issue is the Summary Report, the key element we all get paid on, we are seeing a 5-figure difference.

What are we missing?

The vast majority of our FBA listings are currently showing extremely late delivery estimates, with many ASINs displaying delivery dates as late as 28–29 December. This applies even to inventory marked as “Available” (sellable), not only units held in reserve. While some stock is in reserve, this does not explain the delivery promises, as available stock is still showing delivery on 29 December. Our inventory was sent to Amazon long ago and fully received, and stock levels are sufficient. At the same time: Other FBA competitors offering comparable products are showing delivery significantly earlier (often 6–7 days sooner).A small minority of our listings show earlier delivery, highlighting a clear inconsistency across the majority of our catalogue.This strongly indicates that our inventory is positioned incorrectly across the fulfilment network, far from customer demand, despite having been in the system for a considerable time.

Impact on Our Business

We are experiencing widespread loss of sales across most of our listings This is occurring during the key December trading period, which we were explicitly relying on this stock for. Customers are selecting competitors purely due to faster delivery promises. Advertising performance, Buy Box competitiveness, and conversion rates are being materially and negatively affected at scale .

Seller Support Attempts

We have opened multiple Seller Support cases. Responses have been generic and repetitive, with no investigation into:

Why available (sellable) stock is showing delivery as late as 28–29 December. Why delivery promises are consistently worse than other FBA sellers. Why inventory long present in the network appears unavailable for regional fulfilment

What We Are Requesting, We urgently require:

Immediate escalation to an Amazon operations or inventory placement team

A review of where the majority of our available inventory is positioned relative to customer demand

A clear explanation as to why sellable stock is showing delivery dates as late as 28–29 December

Corrective action to rebalance inventory and restore competitive Prime-level delivery promises for December

This is not a standard Seller Support issue and requires manual review and escalation.

We are requesting urgent assistance from an Amazon moderator or internal team, as each day this remains unresolved results in direct and irreversible revenue loss during the December trading period.

We are ready to provide ASINs, FNSKUs, shipment IDs, and Seller Support case IDs immediately upon request.

EUR 47,763.50 in FBA overcharges – 28 days no response after docs provided. Unnecessary disposal & LTSF fees are being applied, August charges coming.

Hello,

We have an open FBA storage fee overcharge case (case ID 11295035662 available for moderators) which was opened on 7 July 2025.

All requested documents were provided, and there has now been 28 days with no further response.

The original claim totalled EUR 45,324.03. July additions (EUR 2,298.20 unnecessary disposal fees and EUR 141.27 aged inventory surcharges) bring the new total to EUR 47,763.50. These LTSF charges are being applied despite the inventory still not having reached the 365-day threshold. August fees will be billed soon, further increasing the total.

This is causing ongoing financial harm and operational disruption. EUR fees are being withdrawn from our GBP account, creating additional FX bank charges, and viable inventory has been disposed of unnecessarily.

Could a moderator or Amazon associate please advise on escalation for a case of this scale and urgency?

Good morning Spencer, I now have 29 of these, they clearly say on the listings that they are knitting patterns, yet I am being asked for compliance documents for toys. These clearly do not exist. A child under the age of 14 is not going to be knitting any of the items on the patterns. They are effectively pieces of paper or paper booklets. It is beyond ridiculous.. Surely something can be done about this.
