Our inventory was sent to Amazon long ago and fully received, and stock levels are sufficient. At the same time: Other FBA competitors offering comparable products are showing delivery significantly earlier (often 6–7 days sooner).A small minority of our listings show earlier delivery, highlighting a clear inconsistency across the majority of our catalogue.This strongly indicates that our inventory is positioned incorrectly across the fulfilment network, far from customer demand, despite having been in the system for a considerable time.
Impact on Our Business
We are experiencing widespread loss of sales across most of our listings This is occurring during the key December trading period, which we were explicitly relying on this stock for. Customers are selecting competitors purely due to faster delivery promises. Advertising performance, Buy Box competitiveness, and conversion rates are being materially and negatively affected at scale .
Seller Support Attempts
We have opened multiple Seller Support cases. Responses have been generic and repetitive, with no investigation into:
Why available (sellable) stock is showing delivery as late as 28–29 December. Why delivery promises are consistently worse than other FBA sellers. Why inventory long present in the network appears unavailable for regional fulfilment
What We Are Requesting, We urgently require:
Immediate escalation to an Amazon operations or inventory placement team
A review of where the majority of our available inventory is positioned relative to customer demand
A clear explanation as to why sellable stock is showing delivery dates as late as 28–29 December
Corrective action to rebalance inventory and restore competitive Prime-level delivery promises for December
This is not a standard Seller Support issue and requires manual review and escalation.
We are requesting urgent assistance from an Amazon moderator or internal team, as each day this remains unresolved results in direct and irreversible revenue loss during the December trading period.
